Shipping policy
At Vee Michaelson Boutique LLC, we pride ourselves on providing a fast and easy shipping experience for our customers.
- We offer Standard Shipping, Priority Shipping, and Express Shipping through USPS shipping company. Our processing time is from Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm EST.
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days except for holidays, in case of which it might take two 2-5 days for processing depending on how busy we get. Shipping rates are determined at the checkout and are based upon delivery address and total order weight. Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed and then shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing your tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 days of purchasing, please check your junk or spam folders. If you still cannot locate the email, you can contact us at info@veemichaelsonboutique.com. Pre-order items are not eligible for Priority or Express Shipping, as these items are often shipped separately at a later date.
- Please make sure that all information including your address is entered correctly before you place your order. It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that their shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up our shipping process and get your order as quickly as possible out to you so once your order has been placed your order cannot be modified or canceled after checkout. If you live in an apartment building, please make sure to include your apartment number in the shipping address to prevent delivery failure. If a payment comes up as fraudulent, we reserve the right to not put that order through. Please keep in mind that if we cancel an order the money might not show up in the account right away. Once we cancel an order, we refund the money right away into your account so if you don't see the money in your account right away, please contact your bank.
- After you receive your package, please inspect your order immediately. Please note that once we shipped your order, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We cannot be held liable for the Carriers’ guarantees. We cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once it reaches the Carrier. The Carrier is responsible for delivering your packages on your delivery date. We will not refund additional shipping charges if the Carrier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping time. If you don't receive your package by the delivery date, please reach out to the shipping company for information on your package. Vee Michaelson Boutique LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, marked as delivered by the Carrier. If the Carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order. Please make sure that someone is present to receive your package on the delivery date. If your tracking shows that your order was undeliverable and is being returned to us, we can resend your order to the same or alternative shipping address, but we won’t be responsible for the shipping fees. Please note that all orders are inspected properly before shipping because we care about our customers, and we want our customers to have a great experience shopping with us. Please be aware that our return and shipping policy might be modified as time goes on, so please make sure to check for any changes that were made.
