Refund policy
- To start a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
- You have 14 days after you receive your order to make a return. If we do not receive your returned items within 14 days of delivery, your order will automatically be canceled, and the return will be sent to the sender at the sender's expense.
- Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee. If you are returning multiple items from one order, you can put them in one package and mail them together.
- If you purchased the items separately, you have to replace them individually. Returns from multiple orders cannot be combined into one return package.
- Once we receive your return and it has been approved, your order will be processed as quickly as possible. It can typically take 4-5 business days for your order to be processed.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours with your tracking number.
- The customer will be responsible for all shipping and return fees.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded on any returned items and return shipping costs are the customers' responsibility.
- The amount refunded includes only the original purchase price of products and does not include original shipping charges.
- We do not provide shipping labels for returns.
- If the order has a manufacturer defect, we will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, evaluate and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved.
- Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

RETURN ITEM POLICY
- Returned items that are Stained, Washed, Worn, Damaged, Have Pet Hair, have a Smoke smell, Deodorant, Perfume, Makeup, or are Tarnished will not be accepted.
- Vee Michaelson Boutique LLC does not accept returns on earrings and makeup products or any beauty products due to sanitary purposes.
- Please ensure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during their return to us.
- All orders must be returned in their original packaging and the state that they were purchased in to be eligible for return.
- In all return packages, please make sure to include the receipt or invoice. If you don't have the invoice or receipt, include the order number and a complete item description.
- Vee Michaelson Boutique LLC reserves the right to deduct appropriate shipping charges from any returned item that doesn't qualify for the correct return reason or meets our product quality standards
- If an item is damaged, please email us a picture of the damaged area on the item with the tag still attached and indicate damage or defective in the subject line.
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received the wrong item or damaged or defective merchandise, you must contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Please do not return the item before you contact us and get approval to return the products. Please inspect the products and contact us within three business days of receipt. No Exceptions.
- If we do not receive a notification within three days, the return will not be accepted, and no credit, gift card, or store credit will be issued. We remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.
- Coupon codes and promotional discounts do not carry over.
- Coupon codes cannot be combined with other items already on sale or other coupon codes. Coupon codes must be used at the time of purchase.
- Coupon codes are non-refundable, will be deducted from your return order, and cannot be used for future purchases.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items. All items that are on sale are final sales.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
- Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
- As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
